Gabriela Pochinki - International opera stars think they can do whatever they want. Pochinki, a renowned Argentine diva irked fellow patrons at a Manhattan restaurant by yelling into her cell phone during a raucous speaker-phone dinner conversation. Staffers repeatedly asked Pochinki to quiet down, to no avail. Finally they asked her to leave, and she responded by shoving the manager. The whole incident was caught on video, the cops were called, and now Pochinki is expected in court to face a charge of criminal trespass.

The multi-platinum selling country crooner just announced a massive North American tour with Lady Antebellum that's to kick off on Feb. 11 in Omaha, Nebraska. The tour comes on the heels of the release of his new album 'Southern Voice,' which was released on Tuesday. Also, Tuesday was officially declared 'Tim McGraw Day' by the governor of Illinois. The guy has really made the big time.
