Smooth crooner Robin Thicke and his actress wife Paula Patton are expecting their first child, Usmagazine.com is reporting. The couple began dating in high school and married in 2005. On Tuesday, the 32-year-old Thicke was overheard singing his wife's praises at the Angel Ball in New York City.

"She could make a marriage work with a chair," he said. "She's an incredible woman, and she's very beautiful, so I'm just lucky to be with her."

Last year, he told PEOPLE there was a "100% chance" the couple would have children ... "just not right now." He added: "We're still little kids ourselves in some ways! I want a big family which means we'll probably end up adopting."

Thicke's latest single, 'Sex Therapy,' was released this week. Once his child is born, expect 'Sleep Therapy' to hit the airwaves.
